The purpose of Nightshift Team Leader is to ensure our freight is handled in an urgent manner and dealing with late freight. Our Auckland Distribution Hub in East Tamaki processes thousands of items every day.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated team leader who can walk the talk. They must not be afraid of working under pressure or in deadline driven environments. They are logical and can effectively lead a team of hard-working staff.

The hours are Monday to Friday 9pm to 6am.

Being able to deliver is our culture and to fit in you'll need to demonstrate the following Key attributes:

- Strong relationship builder
- Have a sound geographical knowledge of New Zealand cities/towns.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Self-motivated with strong work ethics & positive team player
- Physically fit (able to lift up to 25KG)

We can offer a supportive and friendly working environment, with plenty of opportunities to use your initiative and demonstrate your decision-making ability. Free parking is also provided.

Previous experience in working within a transportation or warehousing business whist not essential, is preferred.
