**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for an Administration star to join our Academy team
As a Training Coordinator, this role provides administrative support to our internal and external learners and customers for the Academy. The role is responsible for ensuring high-levels of service are maintained and all administration occurs in a proactive, efficient and effective manner, within agreed timeframes.
You'll be looking after the training administration requirements across many programmes, so this will be a busy and role. Our programmes are always changing, which means you will always be learning and growing your knowledge. Your contribution and expertise gained within the role will be vital to your success.
This is a part time, permanent role working 20 hours a week between Monday to Friday.
**About you**:
Ideally you will have a previous Administration experience within a Learning and Development environment. Previous systems administration and process improvement would be advantageous. Prior experience and involvement within an accreditation or certification industry would be a good but is not necessary.
As a team player, you will pride yourself on proactively managing your time and workload, to meet targets and deadlines. You will have exceptional attention to detail, with great verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems easily is essential.
