Business Directors drive their accounts forward. They are the Sat Nav of their accounts, responsible for guiding their day-to-day direction, and ensuring that everyone is heading where they should be.

As senior members of the team, Business Directors lead by example, demonstrating an un-knock-able passion for the very best work, and actively creating opportunities for it. They know their clients’ business and challenges inside out and have a complete understanding of the commercial realities and revenue forecasts expectations of their clients.

A great Business Director looks ahead and is always three steps ahead. They are constantly looking for new opportunities to grow the accounts they work on.

Key Responsibilities
- Building solid relationships with senior clients to ensure the best outcomes for both agency and client, creating mutual respect and trust.
- Creating an environment where the best work can flourish, ensuring clear and timely briefings from the client and the right resources from inside the agency to deliver against them.
- Cementing themselves as an indispensable extension of the client team, providing strategic guidance to clients (alongside Planners), helping them to meet their business objectives.
- Tracking and managing forecasting, JCRs, revenue, invoicing, and client profitability to meet or exceed established goals
- Managing, growing, and finding opportunities to drive agency revenue across accounts.

Qualifications and experience
- Advertising and/or brand agency experience.
- Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building work with clear explanations of the contribution to each project.
- Rave reviews from previous clients and team members.
