This role will ideally be based in Central North Island, with travel required around the Central North Island region. **Key Responsibilities include**: - Lead teams to achieve strategic and operational objectives - Champion the transformation journey and customer experiences through a range of channels - Drive change management and build change capability in the region - Ensure effective risk, compliance, and health & safety management - Support team growth, collaboration and ongoing learning - Drive business development and foster strong stakeholder relationships **Ō pūkenga | About you**: First and foremost, you will be a passionate people leader and know how to get the best from your team through your proven leadership capability including effective coaching, developing and mentoring your team.
