You will contribute to the work of the Organisation Direction and Development team that leads work on the Department’s strategic direction and collaborates and influences others so our people enjoy a strong sense of community and belonging, within a positive and safe workplace. As part of the Strategy, Governance and Engagement Group (SGE) you will ensure our dynamic and fast-moving organisation is heading in the right direction, has a clear sense of purpose and builds transparency around how we add value.
