**Personal Assistant**
Winton is a publicly listed developer with many large-scale projects currently in progress in New Zealand and Australia. **About the role**:
Due to expansion, this is a newly appointed position for a Personal Assistant. In this crucial position you will primarily be supporting the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and General Manager, Corporate Services, along with occasional support for a few other key members of the group. Duties are variable and range from diary management, preparing documentation and presentations, travel itinerary management and scheduling meetings and appointments.

This role requires maturity, confidence and a sense of fun It also requires a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help out with any tasks that are thrown your way whether it be covering reception or assisting with events. You will be great at building and maintaining relationships and naturally be highly articulate and professional, organised and able to think one step ahead.

**Duties**:

- Diary and inbox management
- Preparing documents
- Creating PowerPoint presentations
- Travel management
- Assisting with event organisation
- Invoice management
- Liaising internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with front of house when required
- Minute taking for project meetings when required
- Supporting on ad hoc projects

**To be successful in this position you will need to have**:

- Previous experience In a Personal Assistant or Senior/Team Administrator role
- A strong ability to prioritise and juggle competing demands
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Open, flexible working attitude
