MidCentral actively seeks Māori into our workforce to reflect the community we serve.

We are currently seeking to recruit health care assistants to work in our **Rehabilitation and Older Adult Mental Health areas.**

These are permanent roles working rotating shifts with actual hours of work to be negotiated.

Applications are sought for people with a passion for working in both the Rehabilitation and Older Adult Mental Health environment.

The roles will involve care of both the physical and psychological health needs of older adult as well as working with younger individuals who require in-patient rehabilitation.

To be considered you will need to be able to demonstrate:

- Adaptability and flexibility to adapt to changes as required
- A strongly developed customer focus
- Be a team member
- Being physically capable for patient care and to complete the SPEC programme
- An ability to be highly organized, with lots of initiative
- Professional behaviour and presentation.
