Account Manager

**Position Purpose**Our Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our great customer relationships while delivering the strong levels of growth in volume, value and share that both ListingLogic and our customers have come to expect.
**Our Requirements**Listing Logic creates connections that matter by simplifying the purchase of digital media via our automated solutions. A Media Marketing platform that auto-creates optimised digital ads for the real estate sector and publishes them to potential buyers and sellers in a highly cost-effective way. We are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience through product design and outstanding service.
ListingLogic is expanding. This newly appointed position has been structured to support our current and future growth. Reporting to the Team Leader, this position will drive results and boost customer relationships to broaden opportunities that deliver the desired commercial objectives.
**Accountabilities**:Relationships and Communication
- Network within top accounts in all relevant departments, developing positive working relationships to maximise leverage for all our products
- Secure sales faster and ensure customer satisfaction by entering all activity into HubSpot CRM _(if required we will teach you how to use this system)
- Collaborate with internal team members such as the wider sales team and product development to encourage initiatives, assist in forecasting and monitoring salles progress
Sales Planning
- Design, implement and monitor an effective account/sales plan that ensures attainment of new offices and profitability across all major accounts
- Identify sales leads, manage prospects, and acquire cross-sell, upsell business opportunities
Process Management
- Ensure the CRM provides an effective sales funnel and contacts and companies updated with activity
- Participate in relevant sales projects and trade shows as required
- Actively contribute to all new development projects which require a focus and direction on sales and marketing management
- Research, identify and recommend opportunities for process and systems improvements.
