Dynamics 365 Senior Functional Consultant - D365CE / PowerPlatform
Role
As a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant - Customer Engagement within our Business Applications team, you’ll take ownership for the implementation, configuration and delivery of projects to provide outstanding business solutions. You’ll conduct workshops to define requirements, design solutions and implement them working closely with customers to achieve the best outcome to agreed timelines and objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan all workshops for your domain specialist area, leading all if required
- Overseeing and planning / estimating an Epic or Stream on a project, managing backlog, blockers, ETC and scope (or smaller end-to-end projects)
- Lead end-to-end on a medium project or stream of large project engagement (owning scope, ETC and estimation)
- Lead or contribute to Advisory engagements in your area of expertise on the platform, helping to document and selling your vision to the customer. Lead go-live Readiness conversations leveraging your business acumen and solution cutover experience.
- Potential to targeting Architecture Certification [Certified Level] or advanced Business Analyst training.
Your Experience
- 3+ Years of commercial experience in installation, configuration and delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / PowerPlatform solutions
- Power Platform including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, PowerApps Portals, Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively present and defend points of view
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a focus on capturing requirements and use cases, developing a solution and articulating the business value
