Account Manager, Product Management
Overview
As our Account Manager, Product Management you will be responsible for day to day interactions with current and future clients and supporting their businesses by delivering great outcomes.
We provide loyalty services and solutions to banking and retail customers and you will be involved in scoping and delivering these. Loyalty experience is not essential but great client management and ability to become an expert in our product suite certainly is.
Role
- You will be the single point of contact, providing day to day account management, establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in issuer accounts and well as internal cross-functional teams
- Understanding loyalty drivers and outcomes in order to assist and lead clients to achieve best practice in customer loyalty.
- Taking briefs from the client and implementing these to achieve good outcomes is a key part of the role. This includes website changes and assisting with marketing initiatives.
- Learning and understanding the systems and processes behind what we do in order to get the best result in the fastest way is critical. Internal relationship building and stakeholder management is key here.
- Assists with ensuring successful program launches and identifying opportunities for improvement during initial pilot launches
- Collaborate with in-market Products & Platforms teams as needed to design or enhance program design
- Shared responsibility for Loyalty customer segment P&L and driving profitable revenue growth.
- Understand all financial levers within the business and can accurately report on these internally and to the client with corrective action recommendations.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts and revenue targets.
About You
- Having a day filled with client interactions and problems to solve will make you jump out of bed in the morning. A high achiever that likes to make a difference both internally and externally is who you are.
- Pre-sales and technical implementation experience desirable
- Experience in payments or loyalty is highly advantageous but not essential, however a curiosity in technology and payments will see you thrive
- Your customer centric focus with a proven ability to establish productive working relationships both internally and across customer organisations is key to your success
- You can present complex information and recommendations in an easily understood and impactful way
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills are essential, with advanced use in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are proactive, curious to learn, and eager to crack complex topics.
