What you need for this role:

- 2 Years of Supervisory / Team Leader Experience
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Experience in customer service
- Strong people management skills and negotiation skills
- Excellent understanding of processes and operational efficiency to ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed in all department (Housekeeping, Reservations, Marketing and Maintenance)
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Some knowledge of yield management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Understanding of health and safety procedures
- Understanding of Human Resources
