**We have officially voted ourselves Auckland's BEST place to work** **Rather than looking for part time or full time, why not look for a good time?** **Life's a bit short to hate what you do for most of the week... Right?** We were just kidding about "voting ourselves Auckland's best place to work".. Well sort of.. We have a pretty funky, tight-knit sales team. It's small. But they tell us it’s not the size of the team, its what you do with it Right now, the demand for a cost-effective sales and marketing strategy and a personal connection with customers in an uncertain economic landscape means we have an opportunity for growth **That's where you come in..** We heard you've worked in the hospitality/bar industry before and you might be looking for a change? We're guessing you might not be too sure where to start though. You need the right job to get the right experience, but the right experience to get the right job though, right? Funny thing is, you've probably picked up a few pretty transferable skills behind the bar along the way. **We're hoping this sounds a little like you..** You're a people person, you get a kick out of interacting with customers. You work well in a team environment, collaborating with others, working towards a common goal. You love a fast paced environment, busy times bring out the best in you. You can get the job done but you don't take yourself too seriously, you like to have a laugh while you work. You might be just who we're looking for in the Sales and Marketing Industry **So, here’s what you need to know;** - No marketing or sales experience necessary - Full product training provided, we'll show you the ropes but ideally you’re a fast learner. - Interact with customers face to face, B.Y.O banter + personality. - Work available 7 days a week, pick and choose your work schedule for a work/life balance. - Work at kiosk promotions and pop-up retail events around Auckland. - Central Mt Eden location, some car parking but close to public transport. - Learn at your own pace with one-on-one coaching and mentoring. - Develop transferable communication and customer service skills to beef up your resume. - Uncapped incentives and commissions if you have a bit of a competitive streak. - Collaborative team environment with upcoming social events.
