**Business Administration Partner**

Fixed Term - 7 months (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for a Business Administration Partner to proactively develop and implement ideas and solutions to streamline administration processes in our National Support Office in **Ellerslie, Auckland.**

**About the role**:

- Provide general office support to ensure a seamless operation of Bridgestone New Zealand sites
- Provide efficient and accurate transactional management whilst contributing to streamlining processes
- Support activities that promote a positive customer and employee experience and strong vendor relationships with Bridgestone New Zealand
- Provide general support to NSO, shared service functions, store network operations and to the Director NZ Business as required, and set and continuously manage business expectations of administration activities through proactive communication and updates to relevant stakeholders

**About You**:

- Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Practical knowledge and understanding of current office systems and practices
- Ability to remain discreet and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Ability to maintain composure in pressure situation
