We have an excellent opportunity for you to join our Operations team as an Operations Support Administrator. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of contracts nationally, in conjunction with the Operations Support Manager.
- Coordinate Trusts and Funds in conjunction with the Operations Support Manager.
- Support the wider organisation by providing national administrative support.
- Ensure that services being delivered are consistent, follow best practice, and use influence to implement operational change in a least cost environment.
**Ko wai koe | About you**:
This position would suit a person who is good at problem solving, can take initiative and has the desire to make a difference. You will have exceptional organisational and time management, be customer service focused, and compassionate when interacting with supporters, clients, and the public. We are looking for someone with:
- 2 years of experience in an administrative position
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively
- Full Drivers Licence - to facilitate fleet vehicle management
