**Trade Support team based at our New Lynn Branch.**

**The role**:

- Due to an internal promotion, our close-knit and supportive Trade Sales Support team have a position available. This will be a busy yet varied role where you will be responsible but not limited to the following
- Receive incoming calls from trade customers
- Give advice on PlaceMakers products and services
- Follow-up customer inquiries and orders with the dispatch area.
- Source and Order special goods
- Handle general price enquiries
- Provide backup service for Account Managers

**About you**:

- The time-sensitive nature of our customers’ needs requires you to work at pace and input data accurately and within specified timeframes. Your resilience and ability to be solution-oriented even when under pressure will certainly come in handy in this ever-changing environment.
- Ideally, you will come from a trade, tele-sales or sales support background and possess an understanding of our products while being fueled with passion for the building industry.
- As your role will also see you liaising with other areas of the branch, you must have the ability to build rapport and enjoy a team-focused culture. You’re engaging and flexible with the ability to effectively communicate product and delivery information and have a strong customer service focus with an aim to continuously add value.
