Maintenance Lead

Our exceptional people see everything as an opportunity and are always striving to make more from milk. Right now, we are looking for a Maintenance Lead, to join our busy team at our Dunsandel manufacturing site.

The focus of this role will be to provide leadership, mentoring and development for the trades within your area. You will also plan and schedule work for our Liquids milk department. Accountabilities also include eliminating maintenance and breakdown related losses, tracking and reporting Indicator results and leading autonomous maintenance.

**Qualification**
- An Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechanical Trade qualification is essential
- A qualification in Project Management, Dairy Degree/Diploma would be beneficial

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven understanding of dairy manufacturing processes and systems
- Proven knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP systems
- Experience working in and delivering Lean (or similar) systems
- Experience in leading and implementing change in technical environment
- Proven experience in leading, executing and implementing asset care
