Maintenance Lead

**The Role**

Our exceptional people see everything as an opportunity and are always striving to make more from milk. Right now, we are looking for a Maintenance Lead, to join our busy team at our Dunsandel manufacturing site.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Providing leadership, mentoring and development for 13 direct trade reports
- Supporting the maintenance Lead team and wider maintenance team as required
- Planning and scheduling work for our Central Maintenance department
- Taking the lead on breakdown resolution for internal and external resources
- Eliminating maintenance and breakdown related losses
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with key stakeholders
- Tracking and reporting Indicator results and supporting autonomous maintenance

**Qualification**
- An Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechanical Trade qualification is essential
- A qualification in Project Management, Dairy Degree/Diploma would be beneficial

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience leading people and building great culture
- Proven understanding of dairy manufacturing processes and systems
- Proven knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP systems
- Experience working in and delivering Lean (or similar) systems
- Experience in leading and implementing change in a technical environment
- Proven experience in leading, executing and implementing asset care
