**What you’ll be doing**:
The Role of a Regional Network Operations Manager is to primarily manage the day-to-day delivery of our Field Assure activity. Working closely with our Service company in the Restore and proactive maintenance. Relationships with key stakeholders is critical to the role. Power companies, Councils, lifeline, and community groups.
The Regional Network Operations Manager will drive effective network field performance for our customers.
Analysing fault performance and service standards and ensuring our Network is always on. Supporting other workstreams from chorus to assist in any requirements where we can add value.
The Southern team is widespread from Taranaki, across to Tairawhiti and down to Te Wai Pounamu
**What you’ll bring to the table**:
Having a real passion for what you do is a great start. But it’ll take more than that to succeed in this role.
To manage the day to Day delivery of our Field Assure activity you’ll need:
- A high-level of communication skills, able to express ideas and processes in an effective way that is understandable at all levels throughout Chorus
- The desire to be a team player with high focus on collaboration and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong customer service ethic
- Understanding of the Chorus field infrastructure for both Fibre and Copper, however a willingness to learn and develop industry skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Problem solving ability and broad thinking skills
