**Your New Opportunity**:
An exciting full-time, permanent career opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our friendly Tauranga Branch based in Tauriko. In this position, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to all departments within the Branch as well as support the national administration function as required.

Specific Job Duties:

- Answer incoming internal calls in a pleasant and professional manner, ensuring enquiries are dealt with fairly and promptly
- Monitor, maintain and order all office consumables
- Organise the maintenance of all branch equipment and supplies, coordinating with contractors as and when required
- Collect and distribute daily mail and act as key contact with local courier companies
- Process travel and accommodation bookings for Penske New Zealand employees via a supplier's website
- Order new and replacement employee uniforms
- Provide service administration support to ensure that all processes are completed in a timely manner and outstanding work invoices are reduced to minimum levels
- Take meeting notes for weekly technical meeting and any other ad hoc meetings held at local branch
- Assist with the coordination and act as key contact for training activities for Tauranga branch employees
- Process supplier invoices for payment
- Work closely with and provide back-up support to the Warranty Coordinator, ensuring national warranty claims are entered and submitted within set timeframes
- Provide H&S support to the branch including incident and training entries and updates into the HSE system, and assist in the gathering of relevant data and paperwork for HSE audits
- Organise internal and external meetings within the branch and any catering that is required
- Organise branch morning teas and lunches as required, and provide assistance with the coordination of annual Health and Wellbeing activities

**About You**:
You will offer sound knowledge of general office procedures with a minimum of 3 years administration experience. You will be able to demonstrate competency in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Your natural style will be to communicate information in a positive and accurate manner, and you will bring a bright and bubbly personality to the work environment. This is a varied and busy position, which will suit an individual who can think on their feet, handle multiple tasks at any one time and who can work as a team and autonomously.
