CARTERS Tauranga are seeking a Health & Safety Coordinator/Administrator to join the team on a part time basis (30 hours per week). You will be pivotal in maintaining the branch's smooth operation, delivering exceptional service to customers, and promoting a culture of health and safety among team members.

Responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day branch administration functions
  • Manage branch banking, debtors, accounts and customer queries
  • Lead health and safety initiatives, identifying, analysing, and reporting safety hazards or near misses, and implementing effective solutions.

  • Skilled administrator known for their exceptional efficiency and precision.
  • Proficient in utilizing computer systems with a solid grasp of technology.

  • Collaborative individual committed to working within a team environment.
  • Prior exposure in customer service, administration, Health & Safety or sales-related roles.
    Building industry knowledge is advantageous.
