**About The Role**:
Engaging with customers and staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Perform general administrative tasks within the branch.
Locate and identify the required parts for jobs.
Provide guidance to customers and mechanics regarding the appropriate parts and their usage.
Manage stock levels, conduct stock takes, and reorder parts as needed.
Complete paperwork accurately and handle payments and invoices for parts.
Track parts inventory and promptly notify management of orders or shortages.
Expand knowledge base of vehicle makes, models, and parts.
**Requirements**:
Prior automotive parts experience is desirable
Proficient with MS Office Suite computer literacy skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good work ethic and a positive attitude
