Part-time Administrator

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant who is a confident driver with a full Class 1 license to help with various driving duties and a range of admin-related tasks around Auckland.
You’ll be working for Canstaff, a leading recruitment company that specialises in the trades, manufacturing, and logistics sectors. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. You must ensure you maintain safe and courteous driving behaviour and that you are well-presented and polite as you’ll be dealing with various people throughout the day.
This role is perfect for someone who may be semi-retired or is looking to work flexible daytime hours, so if you feel you have the skills and attributes we are looking for, then we want to hear from you.
**Duties Include**:
- Making some pick-ups and deliveries around Auckland suburbs driving a company vehicle
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
- Developing great relationships with our clients and staff

***To be considered for this role, you will need**:
- A full Class 1 Driver’s License
- To have a clean driving and criminal record
- Confidence in driving throughout Auckland suburbs and on the motorway
- To be a motivated, reliable, and punctual individual with a strong work ethic
- Experience performing administrative tasks
- Sound knowledge of Auckland's geography is very beneficial
