We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Services Manager to lead our Central and Southern regions.

Based in Wellington, this critical role is responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient delivery of corporate services functions across multiple locations, including Napier, New Plymouth, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Queenstown.

**About this role| Mō tēnei tūranga mahi**

In this role you'll be:

- Managing building services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, ensuring facilities meet appropriate standards and compliance requirements.
- Overseeing nationwide health and safety initiatives, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Coordinating building security measures, including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
- Managing the issuance of uniforms, identity cards, and other corporate materials.
- Providing strategic leadership and guidance to the Corporate Services team, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, including employees, contractors, and external partners.
- Developing and implementing process improvements, increasing efficiency and effectiveness across corporate services functions.
- The salary range for this role is between $103,053 - $130,010 (commensurate with skills and experience)._

**About you | Ko wai koe**

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

- Previous successful experience in a Corporate Services Manager (or similar leadership) role where Corporate Services or Facilities Management was a key component of the role
- Superior organisational skills along with the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines whilst preserving the highest levels of accuracy
- A genuine commitment to providing a quality service to all customers, and a keen sense of purpose and direction
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (including written) and the capacity to build and manage effective relationships at all levels
- Strong judgment and initiative, and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that tasks or issues are dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner
- Ability to think ahead, identify new opportunities and create new and innovative approaches to work related challenges
- Ability to plan work effectively, to see and understand the big picture and manage risks and issues while still demonstrating careful attention to detail.
