**Corporate Services Manager - Northern**

Are you an experienced leader passionate about driving excellence in corporate services? We are looking for an energetic, process-driven Corporate Services Manager based in Auckland to oversee our head office and branch activity.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of high-quality corporate services, supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement. As a Corporate Services Manager, you’ll champion collaboration, streamline processes, and embed consistent standards across administration, facilities and event management, and support services.

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance while fostering a culture of service excellence. With a proactive mindset and strong leadership skills, you’ll manage a dynamic team, implement new systems and technologies, and drive better outcomes across the organisation. Your ability to build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders will be key to delivering results aligned with strategic goals.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team across corporate service functions
- Oversee operations for Auckland headquarters and branch activity
- Drive process improvements and implement new technologies
- Manage budgets, reporting, and compliance with Health & Safety standards

You are an experienced leader in corporate services, office management, or facilities management, with a passion for delivering high-quality support across diverse environments. With a strong operational mindset and a collaborative approach, you bring a track record of driving efficiency, consistency, and service excellence across multiple functions.

You thrive in dynamic settings, adapting quickly to change and embracing new systems and technologies. Your ability to communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and lead with empathy makes you a trusted partner across the organisation. You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities and supporting teams across regional locations.

- Proven leadership experience in corporate services, office or facilities management
