Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity

The role will require you to book all the outpatient clinics for our various Physiotherapy and Occupational therapy outpatient specialty area's including Musculoskeletal, Women's Health, Rheumatology, Respiratory, Pain, Haemophilia etc. and help maximise the use of the clinician's time by ensuring smooth running of their diaries including rebooking if there are last minute cancellations and general administration duties.

- Knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in order to effectively liaise with patients,
- You will have a passion for learning, be adaptable to change and new challenges
- You will have excellent office and administration skills
- Have the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Have excellent time management skills
- Having experience of the Waikato Hospital iPM and/or Outpatient Booking system would be an advantage
