- We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join the Fletcher Construction team on the Eastern Busways Alliance (EBA). With a completion date set for 2027, this role offers the opportunity for extensive HR experience on a major infrastructure project in Auckland.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced advisor who is eager to take the next steps toward becoming a Business Partner and is looking for development to support that journey.As part of the alliance, you will be connecting with the business at a strategic and operational level across employee relations, talent management, people strategy and policy, organisational development, workforce planning, remuneration, systems and analytics, diversity and inclusion and wellbeing.**Come join the team at Fletcher Construction/EBA**:

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Strong Employee Relations experience with exposure to managing complex ER cases
- Prior HR experience in a construction environment is highly sought after
- Minimum 5 years generalist experience
- True generalist HR experience including supporting business cyclical tasks
- Good systems experience, knowledge of Workday and Employment Hero beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and ability to encourage best practice amongst project staff
- Passionate about coaching and developing staff/leaders
- Confident partnering with differing leadership levels and capability.
- Have excellent attention to detail, time management and prioritisation
- Continuous improvement mindset
