Our client is looking for someone confident, results-driven, and customer-focused that is keen to work alongside a Senior Credit Controller within the business.
Working closely with the Senior Credit Controller and within a wider team the initial focus of the role will be dealing with customer queries, reviewing customer credit limits, processing payments, maintaining and updating customer details and collecting overdue payments. This role has high administrative volume, and as such we are looking for someone who is resilient that enjoys a pressured environment.
- Strong administration experience in the commercial sector
- Experience in AR or Credit Control
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to foster good relationships with internal and external customers
- Independent, proactive and inclusive working style
- A proactive approach and be highly organised
- Excellent attention to detail and communication/interpersonal skills
