We have a full-time permanent opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the People Partnering Manager, you will contribute to ensuring a positive employee experience at ESR.
**This is a varied role and you will be involved in**:
- Managing our HR inbox, responding or triaging queries to the right people.
- Responding to employee enquiries in a timely manner.
- Supporting our HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Lead.
- Managing HR-based activities in our HRIS, Workday.
- Providing reports to relevant team members.

To be successful in this role you will have a mix of the following:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with interpersonal skills allowing you to interact with stakeholder groups at all levels of the organisation.
- The ability to plan and organise work programmes to meet deadlines and achieve quality standards.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to learn other software/systems.
- The ability to comfortably navigate change and ambiguity.
- Honesty, integrity with the ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
