We are looking for an outstanding full-time, fixed-term Legal Administrator to support our Corporate team based in Christchurch, covering a 12 month period of maternity leave. This role will keep you busy with a varied and interesting workload while working within a social and supportive environment.

Experience in a legal environment is preferred, however applicants from a professional services environment with a solid administration/secretarial background are still encouraged to apply.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Working collaboratively within the team and across Chapman Tripp;
- Producing legal and correspondence documents to a high standard within specified time-frames;
- Facilitating Chapman Tripp's client relationships and business development through the use of InterAction, Aderant and other tools/systems;
- Leading the billing, matter management, client reporting and debtor management processes.
