**The environment**:
Think flashing lights, a whir of spinning reels, loud beeps and chimes As you can imagine this isn't your typical workplace Our amazing Attendants are based on the main gaming floor within the casino set amongst all the action and they ensure our Gaming Machine customers have the best experience each and every time they come to visit

**What does a Gaming Machine Attendant do?**

You'll spend your day roaming the area making sure everyone is happy and having fun. You'll assist customers by hosting, completing all transactions, minor machine repairs (which you'll be fully trained on). You'll be supporting our host responsibility programme by ensuring our customers are gaming responsibly as well as maintaining a clean area i.e tucking away chairs & removing empty glasses. You'll also be walking a fair bit during your shift (usually anywhere upwards of 10km) so this role isn't for the faint-hearted but if you love the thought of working up your step count whilst at work - look no further

**Would you make a good Attendant?**
- You'll be passionate about customer service and will understand the importance of managing confidential information
- You'll be a natural at anticipating customer needs, managing problems with ease and providing quality service
- You'll be a confident communicator and will have an outgoing, friendly and positive nature.
- You'll have an eye for detail and a mature attitude -knowing when to use your own judgement and when to escalate
- You're looking for a role that will boost your people skills whilst gaining valuable experience working at NZ largest hospitality venue

**The must-have's**:

- You'll need to be at least 20 years of age
- Have a good credit history due to gaming licence requirements
- Have flexible availability to work across our 24/7 operation and particularly strong availability to work night shifts over the weekends
