**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**
The casino is far from your typical workplace As a Gaming Machine Attendant, you'll be right in the heart of the action, ensuring our customers have a top-notch experience every time they visit.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers with machine queries and minor repairs (training provided)
- Answering general questions and providing friendly support
- Promoting safe and responsible gaming through our Host Responsibility programme
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment by tidying chairs and clearing glasses
- Staying active — you'll walk over 10km per shift

This is a high-energy, people-focused role with plenty of variety and opportunities to grow.

**Mōu | About You**
You're a natural communicator with a passion for customer service and a professional attitude. You'll bring:

- A confident, friendly, and positive approach
- Great attention to detail and sound judgement
- The ability to handle confidential information with care
- A proactive mindset and willingness to escalate issues when needed

To be successful in this role, you must:

- Be at least 20 years of age
- Have a clean credit history (required for a COA gaming license)
- Be available for shift work, including weekends and nights — our casino operates 24/7
