**About the role**

Every day will bring different challenges, but the key areas of your job will be to develop a deep understanding of the business domain that will help the team to build quality software and deliver customer value.

**What you'll do**:

- You actively contribute to discussions around the right technical approach and removing roadblocks
- Establish and maintain good working relationships both within the development team and the wider organisation
- You will be a hands-on contributor, providing technical solutions within the team
- Uplift & maintain an ASP.NET Framework API whilst delivering on a strategic vision to move to ASP.NET Core
- Collaborate with other engineers in the team, including Android/iOS mobile client Engineers, and help upskill the API development capabilities of other members of the team
- Champion engineering quality and continuous delivery practices within the team
- Contribute to understanding solution feasibility and produce high level estimates
