A Day in the Life - You report to the CA & E Director ANZ and join a five‑person, largely remote Corporate Affairs & Engagement team driving reputation, stakeholder engagement and employee communication across New Zealand. You will lead employee messaging, local public affairs engagement and the delivery of high‑impact events and programmes.
- Employee Messaging & Internal Content: Develop and deploy employee‑facing communications across channels; act as an internal editor and adviser to business stakeholders; measure engagement and refine strategy.
- Events & Program Management: Plan and run signature internal and external events (virtual and in‑person), manage suppliers and budgets, and document/improve event processes.
- Stakeholder & Public Affairs Support: Build relationships with industry partners and government stakeholders; support locally tailored roll‑outs of global initiatives.
- Issues & Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Monitor reputational risks, prepare briefings and work closely with comms, HR and business teams to align storytelling.
- Support the delivery of our L'Oréal 4 The Future program, which includes liaising with our program partners in NZ.
We Are Looking For A resourceful communicator and project manager who can translate complex topics into clear, audience‑focused stories, work autonomously, and build strong relationships across the Groupe. No specific degree required; fluent English is essential.
