**The Opportunity**

This role is designed for an experienced Telesales Leader, with a key focus on promoting positive cultural change and performance throughout our NSW Telesales teams.

Employsure provide an award-winning HR, Work Health & Safety and SAAS platform which ensures ANZ’s SMEs are fully supported with their human resources/work health and safety needs through our subscription-based, cost-effective model. The Telesales Team Leader will play a vital role linking the wider business whilst being the go-to person for your specific area. You will report to our Head of Telesales, working to balance the BAU and continuous improvement of our sales consultants. You would be a key part of our Telesales lifecycle from how we board and train new starters, all the way through to how we book our field sales teams and everything in between.

**What are we looking for?**

A successful Telesales Team Leader at Employsure is capable of:

- Dealing with BAU and driving a high-energy, target-driven team
- Building high trust and relationships with your stakeholders
- Having performance related discussions and improving results
- Understanding your team's motivators and how to encourage them to bring their best each day
- Overseeing the operations of your team, from performance through to compliance and training
- Experience with growing companies and remaining adaptable throughout
- Experience in coaching and developing junior employees around quality conversations

**The right person will have**
- A proven track record as a Telesales Team Leader/Manager, managing BAU driving performance in an over-performing team
- Experience having performance related discussions and turning lower performance around
- Experience using CRMs to help track performance
- The ability to work independently, being able to pick up and run with tasks and deliverables with little to no guidance
- Experience dealing with stakeholders
