**About the role**

As a Test Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by leading a team of dedicated testers. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and complex projects, mentor a talented team, and drive continuous improvement in our testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the execution of test approaches and plans, ensuring alignment with the SDLC in use.
- Schedule and manage the use of non-production environments and test devices.
- Maintain and update the Enterprise Test Strategy and Testing Body of Knowledge.
- Provide high-level test testing estimates and support creation of test plan and other testing artefacts.
- Support a team of Test Analysts through staff management including coaching and personal development plans.
- Support the Test Automation initiatives for various squads and projects at Genesis
- Adopt a leadership and coaching role within the Test Chapter and be recognised within the team and the wider project delivery community as a go-to person for QA and Testing knowledge.

**About you**

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Test Team Lead who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about quality assurance and team leadership.

Key Experience and Skills:

- Experience as a Test Lead in a multi-project corporate environment.
- Proven experience in building Master Test Plans, Test Phase Plans, and Test Completion reports.
- Strong background in both Agile and Waterfall DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with ADO and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in building and maintaining test Automation frameworks and scripts.
- Experience in Non-Functional Testing such as Performance Testing etc.
