**The role**

Our Test Leads are recognised by our clients as being experts in their field. Involved in the design and delivery of a variety of projects across a range of clients, they define future testing strategies across projects and programmes of work.

As a Test Lead with Assurity, you’ll implement testing projects according to the client’s project plan, supervise consultants and act as a mentor to staff. Contributing to the achievement of Assurity’s strategic objectives and operational goals by delivering quality testing services to clients.

You’ll work closely with our clients, advising and offering solutions or amendments on testing architecture - scoping projects, developing proof of concept designs, and providing testing advice while supervising the day-to-day operations of the testing team.

Collaborating with developers, scrum masters and project managers, our Test Lead’s work both within and across teams. Highlighting any testing issues arising from test running, identifying bottlenecks and developing solutions.

**About You**

You will be a skilled Test Lead who is experienced in SAP S4HANA with Materials Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Warehousing experience. If you bring Forestry experience then that would definitely be a bonus This role will require some travel to the Hawkes Bay to ensure you are able to best support our client requirements.

Comfortable leading and collaborating, you will support and mentor team members to get up to speed with testing best practices, providing support, knowledge and guidance.

With exceptional communication skills, you will comfortably relate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while being able to clearly explain technical concepts.

Some consulting experience is desirable but if you don’t have previous professional services experience, it is your stakeholder mindset we’re most interested in.
