We are now seeking a passionate store management team to help bring our brand new store to life and serve the community of Wanaka, opening late September

Wanaka is a resort town on New Zealand's South Island. Set on the southern end of its namesake lake with views of snow-capped mountains, it's the gateway to the Southern Alps' Mount Aspiring National Park, Treble Cone and Cardrona ski resorts and a wilderness of glaciers, beech forests and alpine lakes.

**Job Description**:
One of the key roles in in our big Red store is the Trading Manager who is responsible for everything shop floor related.

Reporting to the Store Manager your main role will be to ensure that merchandising and trading standards are maintained, the Manager's Trading Plan is delivered, and price integrity and availability meet expectations.

You will know what we are talking about if you are someone who has retail management experience - preferably in a large format store and who is able to interpret and execute plans.

**Qualifications**:
Additionally we’re looking for a natural leader who is self driven and confident, who has great written and verbal communication skills and is able to coach and motivate a team toward a positive, fun and rewarding culture that nurtures career growth opportunities.
