Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site activities and ensure smooth workflow
  • Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries and inspections
  • Monitor build quality and adherence to NZ building codes
  • Maintain a clean, safe and compliant worksite
  • Update project managers on progress, issues and timelines
  • Manage variations and support accurate documentation
  • Solve on-site problems quickly and effectively
  • Ensure homes are delivered on time and to spec

Skills & Experience

  • Experience supervising residential builds in NZ
  • Strong knowledge of NZ building codes and residential construction
  • Ability to read plans and manage multiple trades
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Solid health & safety understanding
  • Full NZ driver licence
  • Trades qualification (NZ or overseas)
