Yardperson - Wanaka

If you enjoy a hands-on role with variety and responsibility, this is the job for you. You'll be part of a small, easy going team in the timber industry, taking ownership of the yard, deliveries and general operations. Every day is different and you'll have the freedom to get stuck in and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and manage deliveries

• Drive forklift safely and efficiently

• Support day-to-day yard and warehouse operations

• Engage confidently with builders and trade customers

• Keep the yard organised, tidy and running smoothly

• Take ownership of your role and contribute wherever needed

Requirements

• Experience in a merchant, timber yard or trade environment

• Confident in the trade space and able to speak the lingo

• OSH certification required

• Reliable, proactive and hands-on

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
