**Job Description**:
It is an exciting time to join us. Our engineering department is on their transforming journey to change the way we develop and build air-conditioning solutions. This is your opportunity to be part of this change.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this role is responsible for developing new industry leading products from concept through to production. You will have the opportunity to lead and coordinate projects through our gateway methodology and product development process. The role also has close connections with the R&D, and Compliance and Test teams to ensure the performance and compliance of products. You will have the opportunity to represent your project at PSG, take the lead to present project status and risk when necessary.

We are looking for an experienced design engineer with Strong CAD and simulation software skills. Advanced CAD skills, would be highly appreciated, we prefer Inventor experience. You should also have knowledge of BOM systems and MRP.

You should be able to deal with some ambiguity and be able to distil market requirements from the project design Brief into a clear set of design requirements with specification limits and tasks and a plan. This role will also see you strive to achieve a high level of efficiency in your design work always

**Qualifications**:
Engineering, Industrial design or product design degree, masters etc.
