We are seeking a Design Engineer specialising in Balustrades and Aluminum Cladding to be part of Maximo’s future success.

**What will you do?**
- Play a critical role in ensuring each stage of the project happens on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
- Coordinate labour resources and procure and ensure timely delivery of materials, plant, and equipment for the project.
- Ensure adherence to building legislation and performance, quality, and safety standards.
- Ensure accurate site measurements are obtained for the job and prepare design in line with product and engineering specifications, client expectations, and Building Code regulations
- Work closely with the wider design team and stakeholders to ensure project success.

**What do you need?**
- Ideally you’d be a design engineer with experience in Balustrades and Aluminium Cladding.
- Have an Engineering degree or background in the industry.
- Proficient in AutoCad
- Exceptional communication and listening skills to engage and understand the client’s requirements to achieve their goals
- Strong ability to engage and work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver on the projects
- A process-driven individual with extraordinary attention to detail who takes pride in delivering highly accurate work consistently for clients.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines across multiple projects.
- An agile approach to work hours to suit project demands.
