**Being a Customer Specialist with ASB**

As a Customer Specialist, with ASB you will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests from Customers. Your ability to educate customers on our digital and self-service channels will be both rewarding and satisfying. Confidence in learning our offerings and asking the right questions will ensure you are tailoring personalised solutions for customers.

This role is key to delivering exceptional service to our customers, whether through phone-based support in the Contact Centre (Direct Channels) or face-to-face assistance in the Advice Centre (Branches).

**Ō pūkenga | About you**:
At ASB the customer is at the heart of all we do, if you can talk to anyone and enjoy delivering innovative, personalised and convenient solutions for ASB customers then this may be the role for you.
- Experience in customer facing roles such as retail, hospitality, call centre, education, reception, or a similar environment is preferred'
- High-attention to detail while multi-tasking
- Accurate and clear communication, both written and verbal
- Problem solving and solution finding to support your customer with the right information
- Self-motivation and resilience to do your best in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to work as part of a team
