What We're Looking For:
Are you ready to take a step up in your customer service career in a dynamic global business? We’re looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our Project Sunrise team and drive customer engagement for the successful upgrade of SMB clients from 2G/3G units to 4G technology. In this role, you'll facilitate seamless transitions for our customers, ensuring excellent service delivery and contributing to the success of the Project Sunrise initiative.

About the Role:
As EROAD expands globally, we are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to engage with small and medium-sized business customers, providing them with key information and quotes to upgrade their current devices to 4G units. Join us in an exciting role where you can make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and the future of telecommunications technology.

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating customer outreach, following up on installations, and ensuring timely, effective communication between customers and internal teams to resolve any issues.

Skills and Experience:
We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. You may come from a telecommunications or technical background and possess skills such as:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with CRM software and customer-facing roles
- A customer-focused attitude with a keen attention to detail
