**Some role responsibilities would include**:

- Review and approve project plans, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations under the supervision of the manager
- Interpret plans, regulations and codes of practice
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely
- completion
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Work with Site Managers, Architects, and subcontractors to ensure that all project requirements are met
- Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Relevant Diploma or higher qualification OR
- At least three years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
