**What will you do?**

We're on the lookout for an AI and Automation Specialist to join our Digital Solutions team in Christchurch. In this pivotal role, you will shape, architect, and develop AI-driven solutions across Ryman's tech ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 stack. You'll lead the uplift of low-code/no-code capabilities across the business, enabling scalable and sustainable automation practices.

As the AI and Automation Specialist, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing our AI governance and strategy, ensuring responsible, secure, and innovative adoption of AI and automation technologies. By combining strategic insight with hands on delivery, you'll lead enterprise-wide AI and automation initiatives that drive measurable operational improvements, boost workforce productivity, and create meaningful outcomes for our residents and our wider Ryman teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Define and enforce best practices for AI usage, permissions, licensing, compliance, and security in alignment with firm-wide policies
- Collaborate with data teams to structure, surface, and prepare enterprise data for AI/GenAI models, ensuring accessibility for Copilot and automation use cases.
- Embed generative AI into business workflows to enhance decision-making, customer and team member experience, and operational efficiency.
- Build workflows, apps, and data-driven solutions with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse to optimise business processes.

**Who are you?**
- You have proven experience designing and delivering AI and automation solutions
- You're confident working with business leading platforms such as Salesforce, Clinical Systems, Microsoft 365 tools including Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI
- You understand AI governance and responsible AI principles
- You're experienced in building scalable low-code/no-code solutions
- You have strong stakeholder engagement skills and can work across technical and non technical teams
- You like to work in fast-paced work environments and contribute to multiple initiatives
