**Key Duties**:

- Prepare, serve, and sell alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Greet and interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks and light refreshments.
- Assess customer preferences and provide suitable recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Promote food and beverage offerings to support sales objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation regarding the sale and service of alcohol.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, placing orders as required to maintain inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene standards of the bar and service areas.
- Accurately handle cash, EFTPOS, and other payment transactions.
- Assist with bar/cafe opening and closing procedures, including setup and shutdown tasks.

Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and you will be paid between $23.50 to $26 per hour.

**Other Requirements**
- Relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory as we provide full training.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, mornings as early as 8:00 AM and late
- night shifts until 1:00 AM.
- LCQ is highly preferable.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.50 - $26.00 per hour
