**Purpose of the Role**

As a member of our team, you’ll be at the forefront of the festival experience, serving drinks efficiently and responsibly while contributing to the vibrant energy of Twominds Festival. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth bar operations and helping create lasting memories for our attendees. Duty Managers will lead the service of their bar with the support of our Bar Management team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently in a busy bar environment
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
- Operate POS systems to process payments accurately
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining a clean, organised bar area
- Ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol and all health and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with your team and Bar Managers to ensure seamless service

**Requirements**:

- Previous bar or hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential
- A friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work event days, 14th + 15th March or 15th March only (some shifts will be both days, some will be only the Saturday)
- Must be 18+
