We have an exciting **one year fixed-term opportunity for a Tourism Sales Advisor - Destination** working collaboratively to be the point of contact for all international and tourism enquiries for the Auckland Art Gallery, Auckland Stadiums and Auckland Zoo

**The focus of this role is**:

- Be responsible for product training, sales calls both domestically and internationally,
- Create and manage the annual sales plan,
- Develop and deliver wholesale rates and quotes.
- Grow inbound tourism visitation, & domestic tourism market share
- Conduct site visits, complete partner contracts and facilitate invoices
- Provide reporting to management and contribute to team and business planning as required

You will have:

- Infectious passion and energy for the tourism industry.
- Strong people skills, rich networks, an ability to present and build stakeholder relationships.
- Experience working autonomously, planning and prioritising workload and budget.
- Ability and willingness to travel between our different site locations as required
- A relevant tertiary qualification and/or 5 years’ experience working in Tourism/Hospitality, or related discipline.
- A clean, full NZ Driver License.
