The Sales Client Advisor is responsible for ensuring that the needs of each customer have been met. Reporting to the store and department manager, the sales client advisor will be working with a diverse team full of like-minded people, so it's extremely important that you come as you are. **Key Responsibilities** - Ensure to achieve daily and monthly sales targets & KPIs by using appropriate sales techniques to ensure they are met - Act as a "host" for customers, interact and consistently strengthen and build strong client relationships - Develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent and professional customer service - Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise.
