The opportunity:
We are embarking on a journey to grow the NZ advice community by supporting new Advisers build a successful and rewarding career in financial advice.
The AIA Thrive Academy is the perfect stepping-stone for someone looking to become a financial adviser. We will provide you with a 6-week comprehensive classroom-based training program to complete your New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5), along with monthly financial support for your first 3 months, after which you will be solely commission-based.
- Our first _AIA Thrive Academy induction is kicking off in Auckland on the 15th January 2025 and we have space for three motivated people who are passionate about protecting New Zealanders._
Who can join the AIA Thrive Academy?
If you care about making a difference in people’s lives and share our vision for New Zealanders living healthier, longer, better Lives; AIA Thrive Academy is right for you. The only mandatory requirement is the ability to attend a 6- week in-person training in Epsom Auckland in January 2025.
